Totally 220 machines of terry knitting, flat knitting, weaving and reverse weaving, two sets of boarding machines and five imported Head bending machines.Our factory have passed the audit by BSCI / SEDEX / ISO9001 and the material yarns we use are Oeko-Tex certified. We focus on providing OEM/ODM service to big brands including Stance, Calvin Klein, Hallmark, MUJI and great sports leagues like NFL / NBL etc. The main products line are sustainable casual socks, merino wool socks and performance sports socks.Our socks products are eco-friendly, sustainable, hazardous substance free guaranteed and we have passed a series of rigorous tests (includes SVHC, AZO Dyes, Lead free, Heavy Metal and Flammability) by SGS with report accordingly as per the latest EU textile industry REACH REGULATION. Your widest requirements can be fulfilled by our variety of fabric range including not only the regular yarns but also the eco-friendly materials like Organic cotton, Bamboo, Flax, Tencel, Hemp, Modal, Recycled cotton, Recycled polyester, Merino wool, Alpaca wool etc. All the sustainable yarns we used are verified with certificates of GOTS / GRS / OCS / Oeko-Tex.Moreover, we are also available to provide sustainable material packaging by custom design with FSC certificate and biodegradable bags with EPI test report.
